Need help with the user portal and permission to submit a ticket.


I just installed a free version of JIRA Service desk, and create a user. After the user log in  there is no 

place for the user to submit a Request. when I log in as the administrator I was able to submit a ticket through the customer Portal.

How do I configure the Service desk page so the user can submit a ticket?
