I have an issue with notifications, I have two languages enabled, French and English. French is set as the default.
When a customer emails and create a ticket in English, I get the notification in French even though I have added the required translations.
However the language is correctly detected as English and set to English on the ticket created in Jira from the email.
* Default language is French (France)
* Translation language is English (US)
* Email sent from customers is in English
* The issue sets the Request language to English
* Received Notification in French
* Using Jira Cloud Service Desk
What can I do to send the correct notifications, French or English to the correct issue Request language?
