Migrate License

IT-Betrieb Admin Account April 15, 2019

I just purchased a License für Service Desk. Unfortunately I entered the wrong ServerID while creating the License Key. How can I recreate the License Key with the right Server ID?

Contact Atlassian immediately, ask them to cancel your last purchase(they provide a 30 day money back offer).

Repurchase the license with the right server id once they have confirmed they have refunded you.
