Merge and split tickets in Service Desk?

Hello,

I already found the answer that I sadly can't merge tickets.

Is it also not possible to split tickets/issues in JIRA Service desk?

Hi Susi,

 

You can clone issues in JIRA (could work like split tickets), but I don't recommend creating and tickets outside the portal, as it tends to miss some information and cause problems in the long run.
