I first explain the context:
I have made available "project" fields in the service center request forms, that allow me to know on which project the client's request is located.
Depending on the project chosen, I defined different SLAs.
The problem with the queue modification screen is that if I want to have SLA visibility in the queue, I need to add all the SLAs. And in this case, the queue becomes too long.
So I have to create a queue for each SLA
Can we merge multiple SLAs into a single column, either natively or through a plugin?
I tried "Queue for Jira SD" but they do not offer this feature either.
