Make all transition option visible for an agent

Hello, everyone.

Today my big concern is usability for service desk agents. Can I somehow make all transition option visible on the screen - not via drop-down list (see the screenshot below)?

Can I edit the upper tool bar, in short?

The size of the buttons, their order and so on.


Doesn't have to do with screens, I am afraid.
