Hi @annag ,

Can you please confirm whether it is happening for all service desk projects or only single service project.

Also check in latest chrome browser or other browser whether same issue is happening or not.

I only have the one service desk project with these fields. I tried to see if using a different browser would make a difference. I normally use FireFox, so I tried Chrome. Same behavior. It wasn't a problem until I added another pick list directly under one another.
