Linking customers to a specific confluence instance

Kelvin Trask March 19, 2019

Hi,

I am looking at using JIRA to help support our ERP implementation / support business. I have a concept where I would like to have a customers specific user manual linked to their Service Desk Portal. Can anyone tell me if that is possible. For example:

Customer A linked to User Manual A

Customer B linked to User Manual B

We have a generic User manual we start with, but pretty quickly customise it for the ERP implementation for that specific customer. If I can link these individual manuals as above, when a particular customer is starting to type a question, relevant sections from their own manual would be shown (instead of the generic version).

Thanks,

Kelvin

Hello Kelvin,

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to link more than one Confluence space to a single Service Desk project.
In this case, the best option would be to create different projects for each customer/organization.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.

Regards,
Angélica
