HR team get notifications when issues created or updated on the HR Project but during the week end they are not available.
During the weekend only (Sat , Sun), we need to let the "Workers Head" receive notifications as well. How can we implement this.
As far as I am aware it is not possible to turn off notifications for certain users over non-working days. By a notification's nature, they are supposed to make users aware of significant events when they occur. There is a feature request however it does not define the any proposed solution at this time, I would suggest voting on the issue and express your requirements within the Comments section for Atlassian to address.
The issue is more to do with the user rather than the system itself; if the user is unable to ignore notifications during non-working time and defer them to the next working day then you may need to address this at an organisational level to create a health work/life balance. :)
