Limit KB articles so public cant see them

Scenario: I woudl like to publish release notes on our product as KB articles in order to help our users when they are raising tickets.

Limitation: It seems that I can only link my Jira Service Desk to a Public space, this is not something I can do as we do not want our competitors to be able to see our release notes, only authenticated Jira Service Desk users.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you handle it?

Kindest Regards,

Jerome.

Hey Jerome,
if your Jira Service Desk and Confluence are on the same url (they are connected together via system applink - to see this you can go to <>/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks) then there is an option to let your project customers to see the sapce without opening it to the world
