I have an issue with KB articles not populating in customer portal. However, when i access the portal using project specific URL it works fine.
Project specific customer portal URL: https://<base URL>/servicedesk/customer/portal/27
While typing in search box, ex: outlook. Suggested KB article populates.

While typing in search box, the suggested KB article does not populate. This used to work fine earlier and this is the second time, I have come across the same issue. First time when we faced this the issue got resolved with out any intervention for couple of days and then resurfaced again, not sure what is the cause...
I do not know what I'm missing here, kindly suggest how I can fix this.
