We have upgraded Jira software to 7.11.2 and Jira Service Desk to 3.0.11.
On Jira Service Desk we can no longer receive tickets from users, we have ensured we have enabled incoming and outgoing mail.
Tickets were getting generated before the upgrade
I know it seems silly, but I had a similar issue once where the mailbox password was incorrect and not allowing incoming tickets. Have you verified all of the email information is correct?
