Jira service desk request creation through email channel did not add request participants from cc'ed users which is an expected behavior. Any reason for this not to work?
It does that. But the cc needs be as customer list. If this not work... maybe, it's a bug.

Hi Lameck, Yes, we have a group assigned to the customer's role and the user cc'ed is part of the group.
