Jira service desk login before service request

When I set

Can customers access and send requests from the help center without logging in?

to No

Then jira widget disappears from my website.But if this config is set to No I need to show a login and signup in my website.So only the logged in users can access the widget.I searched a lot in the jira service desk settings but didnt found any solution.

Hi Arun,

Currently, Widget only works with login-free portal and when we change the option for customers to do not create their own accounts, it shows this message:
