We tried to access a Jira costumer user (portal only) by the Jira mobile and it's not possible to access. The message got is Seems you don't have access to Jira... But when I try to login in the web version, I can login with this user. Is it possible to use portal only users in the Jira Mobile.

Currently, Jira Service Desk does not have a native app. We only have the Jira app which only licensed users can use to view and work on issues. Customers have the option to use only the portal through the browser. We have a feature request suggesting the creation of an app specific for Service Desk: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-152 Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
