Jira Servicedesk: Best way to present different request types to different customers?

To make my example clearer:

Let's say I have to kind of customers - Sellers and Office Workers.

Sellers have cars, so they can have a request like 'clean my car'

Office Workers don't have cars, but they have computers and request 'my computer is not working'

Both groups share most of the others requests.


What's the best way to implement this?

Yes, it's possible. Service pack for JIRA Service Desk this is exactly what you need. This plugin has many feature for JIRA service desk and there is option like "Hide request type for a group". It's very easy to configure.

I'm not sure if that is possible, I can't see any configuration like this so I suppose it isn't possible with one project, I would create two projects with two service desk for the different users.
