Jira Service Desk add Organization fields

There are no fields on organisations.  The two columns you see in your screen shots are calculated from current data, not fields.

@Nuno Rocha,Adding to  @Nic Brough [Adaptavist] response maybe if you conveyed what your end goal is there may be a different approach.

we have the need to add te type of contract, Support zone and a few more information that the Agent from Helpdesk will need dayle
