We are hoping to roll out Jira Service Desk (Cloud) for our University, where students are the customers with accounts generated by SCIM provisioning.
Unfortunately, the default profile value is "Anyone" for "Who can see this?" and since these profiles are exposed in the atlassian community when set to "Anyone", we will not be able to use Jira Service Desk as this is a violation of FERPA.
Is there anyway to set the default to anything other than "Anyone" when the users are created through SCIM provisioning?
