Jira Service Desk - Roles Question

Hi guys,

 

I need a little bit of help with Jira Service Desk:

If a user also has problem-solving roles and customer roles (the one that puts issues), how can switch between the issue and administration / solve issues portal?

I'm not sure I completely understand what you're asking. 

Are you asking how can someone who has a license view their requests on the Jira  Portal?
