We have a single Cloud Jira Service Desk Project, with a number of external 'Portal Customer' users configured to access their own tickets etc.
For some reason, these same 'Portal Customer' users can also be assigned as Component leads or Project Leads for other, non-Service Desk projects.
Whilst I expect the in-built permissions will restrict access, we're worried that an external user may accidentially be assigned a project or component - anyway we can simply hide these from being a selectable option??
Thanks

In SD projects we have an option ""visibility". So in Visibility in project setting you can define which group or which person can see youe request type. I don't know that i get youe mind or not.
Best regards
You can use this plugin "Extension For Jira Service Desk" for visibility option
