Jira Service Desk - JSON error when connecting a custom Google email account

Hi,

I'm getting a weird error when trying to connect a GSuite email address as a request channel for my Jira Service Desk project.

• There's no 2-steps authentication activated on the GSuite account
• Less secure app is activated

How can I fix this?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same error, and I believe that it’s better if we focus on the ticket.

I found a similar ticket with our support and the error is not so simple to resolve, requiring to check some information in the database and as it’s necessary to share private information, the ticket is better in this case, since only us from Atlassian and you will have access to that information.
