We're seeimg this issue with v8.7.0. The sign-up screen shows a captcha, but with no way to enter the captcha text.

Thank you for reaching out.
We had a recent bug in Jira Service desk Server that caused the exact behavior you are facing, where no field was displayed to fill the captcha:
Enabling Captcha on Customer Signup does not show field to input Captcha answer
Can you check if you are using the same SD version mentioned in the bug (4.6.1)?
If yes, please try to update your SD application to 4.7 or 4.8 and check if the bug disappears. Additionally, please make sure to clear your browser cache before testing it.

Hi Petter,
We've just got an approval to upgrade and the orignal issue is no longer reproducible. However, when the user enters the captcha, now (service desk 4.9) the page just generates a new captcha.
Initially, it looked like the captcha was entered incorrectly. But, it happened everytime we entered the captcha.
Appreciate any assistance here.
