We had a misconfiguration and many of our emailed requests received a status of
"FAILURE Configured request type has too many visible required fields."
The configuration issue is fixed now, and we want to force those emails that failed previously to reprocess and generate tickets in the queue. The configuration is such that if those same emails were sent right now, it would work fine. Can we push these emails back through?
maybe it's too late but maybe try marking these emails unread in the inbox.
