Jira Service Desk Cloud - Email with broken links

When the client receive a email for new notificacion looks like the clickable buttons turn into a long links:

Hi Auwlyee,

This issue is related to the default outgoing email format.
Please, go to Jira settings > System > Default user preferences > Edit default value > Change the Email format from Text to HTML > Update.

Also, please confirm if the HTML email parsing is enabled on Jira settings > Products > Email request.
