Jira Service Desk Automation Rule else-if overwrites Email content

I am creating an automation rule in JSD, based on a custom field on selected language (I know about the other language option, but in my case, this works better).

Strange thing happens:

In both "then"-branches, I am sending an Email with a different language text. When I press Save to save the rule, the email-text in the if-then branch gets overwritten by the email-text in the else-if-then branch.

So I am not sure, if this is by design or a bug, or if I have to do something else.

Ok this seems to be actually a bug. 

Workaround: when creating the else, delete the email and create a new one, then you have your own instance of the email
