We are planning to move to JIRA SD. We currently have about 15 clients which we plan to have it's own instance of SD. What I want is for an agent to be able to view in one screen all the SD instances for all clients and also see which clients have new tickets raised or needs updating. Currently, I have to manually go inside each SD instance which is very time consuming. This feature is key on whether we move to JIRA SD or look elsewhere.
