We have recently set up new Jira environment for our company and would like to import all Open tickets from an existing Jira environment to this new Jira.
Can someone please let me know how I can import existing issues with all required fields as follows to the new Jira:
1. Issue Type;
I have tried to Export an existing issue to CSV but import to new Jira didn't go well:
1. Text format has changed;
2. Comments not imported;
3. Attachments not imported
Can someone please let me know if they have performed a similar task and how you managed to import your issues to new Jira with above-listed fields?
