Jira Help Desk automation user only shows one user but I need to change it, help?

When I go to change the automation user on my jira service desk it only shows someone who is no longer at the company and no other options? 


I am the project lead and site admin. Not sure how to change this.

I assume you are speaking of the JSD OOTB Automation. If you start typing in the box you will be presented with the option if user has permissions, e.g. start typing Alyssa and see. If your name appears.
