Today updated JSD licence and plugins.

All JSD customer portals and Help Center portal shows raw JSON instead of UI.

Disabled all plugins related to JSD - no result, still raw JSON.

The JSON looks like this:

Hi Dmitry,

did you try anonym windows? Or you are getting this only after logging in? Because when I try your jira-url/servicedesk I gor normal GUI.

Do you have any errors in log files?

I disabled all plugins and enabled them one by one and found the one which cases such behavior.

Which add-on, or family/type of add-on, was the culprit that caused the JSON display in the Service Desk?

It was - Metadata for Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/42075/metadata-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview).

I contacted the vendor, and they quickly released the fixed version.

Thanks, but that add-on isn't on the customer's instance.

Tried:

1. Clear plugins cache

2. increase plugin start timeout to 300 seconds

no results by now
