Hi,
There used to be an options when working in JSD--> Customer. Previously if I hovered the mouse over a customers name a pop-up would appear giving options to access 'More Info' or 'Advanced' or something along those lines. Selecting the option took me to a screen listing All Portal Users and when they last logged in.
This option seems to have disappeared - I can no longer see whether Portal Customers are active or not ( or whether they have ever logged in)
Please could you advise how to access this screen now that the option has been removed from the popup

I found it ! It is now under JIRA Administration-->Settings-->User Management-->Jira Service Desk.
This displays the same screen I previously accessed from the user management under Customers.
