we added organizations and customers in bulk a couple of months ago when we started setting up our Jira Service Desk project without sending invitation mails, since we wanted to perform qa first.
Now we are planning the roll-out of the JSD project and the portal and want to send out invitation mails to all these customers.
We do not want to send one mail to everyone saying: 'please reset your password here, your username equals your mailaddress'.
We would like to send the individual token link to initially set the password to every single user.
Any ideas how to achieve this? I couldn't find anything in the documentation.

Hi. You need go to the customer portal (in incognito mode) and reset the password for all customers =)
thanks for trying to help, but we are talking about >250 customers. We're looking for a bulk option
