JSD 3 adding service account as request participant

Since upgrading to JSD3, new issues created via email have the support email account which JSD is monitoring, added as a request participant on every issue (it seems to add all "CC" and "To" addresses). This is a minor annoyance, but undesirable, is there any way to prevent this from occurring?

This is quite annoying and filling the mail parser log up with warnings.
