We are exploring JIRA Service Desk cloud platform where customers can raise specific calls.
Service desk agent role will suffice, we do not require users with collaborator roles.
In this context, can you validate our interpretation that according to the licensing terms it is possible to subscribe only for JIRA Service Desk cloud services, and it is not necessary to also subscribe for JIRA Core or JIRA Software cloud service.
This means the charges are only USD $20 per agent per month (when subscribing for more than 5 agents) and there are no additional charges.

Yes you can subscribe to JIRA Service Desk only and the cloud version pricing is as you described.
