I had configured JIRA Service Desk along with the portal last week and all was well! For some reason now, whenever I am trying to access the customer portal / help center, it shows a blank page!
I understand that there is a 30 days trial period and we are already subscribers for JIRA software for project management. The plan was to evaluate the JIRA SD And then subscribe to it.
Can you please suggest what can be causing the issue?
A blank page wouldn't be due to an expired trial, so let's try to figure out what's causing it.
Is the page completely blank or do you have some message on the page? Are you accessing as a JSD Customer user or a Jira User or Administrator?
Which version of Jira and Jira SD are you running?
