JIRA Service desk portal, Customers does not see Resolve ticket option

Is it possible to allow customers to resolve the issue? and how?

I see the Atlassian support, customers can resolve the issue.

Install add-on Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk. Once done, go to Workflow Actions section in your administrator screen, select a Technical User.

Go to workflow transition properties. In your case, this will be Resolve transition and add the following property:

On Atlassian support portal, There is an option for resolving the ticket, Is that with any plug-in or customization, Any idea?
