I installed a complete package JIRA + JIRA Service Desk. But when I started using JIRA, there were no tabs visible for JIRA Service Desk.
I checked "Manage Add ons" and JIRA Service Desk add on was grayed out there; means disabled.
For JIRA Service Desk add on, there are only "Get Started" and "Uninstall" buttons available but no "Enable" button available to enable it again.
I tried uninstalling it and installing it again but it was of no use.
Please provide your suggestions that how can i start using JIRA Service Desk in this scenario.
I'd first check if the license is ok there. If you don't have one, you can access your my.atlassian and generate a new evaluation license. After inserting it in the Manage Add-ons page, JIRA Service Desk should be enabled.
Which version of Service Desk?
is the license ok?

Can you attach atlassian-servicedesk.log and atlassian-jira.log here?
