JIRA Service desk add on grayed out

Hi Team,

I installed a complete package JIRA + JIRA Service Desk. But when I started using JIRA, there were no tabs visible for JIRA Service Desk.

I checked "Manage Add ons" and JIRA Service Desk add on was grayed out there; means disabled.

For JIRA Service Desk add on, there are only "Get Started" and "Uninstall" buttons available but no "Enable" button available to enable it again. sad

I tried uninstalling it and installing it again but it was of no use.sad

 

Please provide your suggestions that how can i start using JIRA Service Desk in this scenario.

HI Ankita,

I'd first check if the license is ok there. If you don't have one, you can access your my.atlassian and generate a new evaluation license. After inserting it in the Manage Add-ons page, JIRA Service Desk should be enabled.

Hi Benito, I had already applied license, it is perfectly fine and in Manage add ons, it is visible but grayed out means it is disabled and not getting option there to enable it. Thanks.

Which version of Service Desk?

is the license ok?

Tried these two?

Can you attach atlassian-servicedesk.log and atlassian-jira.log here?
