[JIRA Service desk] Jira is not receiving emails from agents

Hi

Everyone except agent can answers tickets by email. I don't know where to look.

Everytime I want to anserw customer, I have to log in to system.

 

Any suggestions?

Hey Michal,

I recommend you to check your mail handler settings to see if there is any setting that could restrict agents from interact on issues. smile
