JIRA Service Desk returns blank page

Hi

When my users try open JIRA Service Desk ticket without login sometimes they see blank page. Problem start after update to JSD 4.x.

Help me, pls.

We are currently running Jira Service Desk 4.5.4 and this problem still happens occasionally. One note, we link to service desk from Confluence 6.13.8

No incompatible plugins.

Hi,

what about any incompatible plugins? Any errors in log or in browser developer tools (in Chrome CTRL+Shift+i - Network - column Status, something like 40x)?

Click on Network tab and find any line with Status 401 and click on it. Then click on Response tab for that line.

What is there? Because 401 error is about unauthenticated user - and based on my experience it's sometimes caused by incompatible (not updated) plugins.

Also did you made any changes like https, url or -if used knowledge base feature- Confluence https.
