JIRA Service Desk requires Confluence version 5.3 or later for knowledge base integration.

I have been using the service desk function in Japanese.

JIRA is an on-demand version.

I want to link knowledge base to Confluence from service desk.

It is available in a stable it now.

As a result of trying to add settings that knowledge base link to Confluence from the service desk newly this time, I was not able to use error of street in the image out.

ERROR message: JIRA Service Desk requires Confluence version 5.3 or later for knowledge base integration.

1.1.2 - JIRA Service Desk and 6.2-OD-03 JIRA that was performed on November 26 Japan time

JIRA Service Desk 1.1.1 would fix that issue.
