Which of the different classes of JIRA Service Desk users can subscribe to saved filters?
Maybe it depends on whether the filters were created as part of JIRA or Service Desk?
Looks like in Service Desk 2.0 under (Agent Tier License), you need to be an Agent or Collaborator to receive subscription email on saved filters of Service Desk projects.
You can subscribe a JIRA group that is not a collaborator to a Service Desk project filter but the group won't receive any subscription email.
