JIRA Service Desk - User Management

Is it possible to use JIRA Service Desk only with email channel.  Any anonymous user / general public can send a query to JIRA service request - the system should create a request, but don't create them login credentials.

I don't want to create users manually it has to be open for general public, without creation login credentials.

Hello,

Not without creating at least a customer account. Otherwise, JIRA Service Desk won't know how to handle the response back.

Hi Pedro, Could you elaborate with my use case, i want to use JIRA service desk as Help Desk solution ( Which is open to general public ) - I don't want to create user account for general public. Is there any way in JIRA Service desk to handle this.
