JIRA Service Desk Portal Settings Does Not Commit

I have an existing service desk portal with its name configured as "/Service-Desk".

I updated my portal settings with a new name called "New Name" (to test), but my service desk portal still shows the same "/Service-Desk" name. Is there a different setting to change the portal name?

That looks like it's right.  But wondering if the "/" is causing grief?

Hi Im having the same problem.  I am updating the portal settings (name, description) and the updates are not reflected.  What could be the problem?
