JIRA - Is it to possible to have the Original Estimate per Issue and per User ?

Hello,

One of our customer ask to have an estimation per issue and per User.

I would like to know if it is possible to have it automatically ?

Must I create a custom field for that ?

That is where the subtasks can help. You can have multiple subtasks under the issue, each assigned to a different user, and can have separate estimates on each of those.

The only other way will be to develop a custom field or may be a different issue operation (along with new issue panels to show this info) to capture this.
