Does anyone have issues with the SERVICE DESK . For our customers it shows only one image (multiple times) if the various images have the same name. When images have different names it shows allright. In Jira itself it shows the variants of the images properly.
I have never experienced this but don’t know that I have ever attached different files with same name either. I would suggest you reach out to Atlassian Support on this issue.
