Issue while creating new ticket in Customer Portal preview

Hi Team,

When creating a new ticket from Customer portal preview page, its not displaying ticket number nor the form go back to blank to create another ticket.

Another issue is that, when i click 3 times on button "Create" its creating 3 tickets @ background without ptoviding ticket number instantly.

Hi Mushi,

Did you check your logfiles, maybe there is an error thrown.

Which browser are you using?
