Issue viewable by everyone

Hi guys,

How can I allow unrestricted access to issues so all customers within a project can see an issue raised by other customers?

Hi Siva,

This is not possible with the JIRA Service Desk Portal.

You could grant browse rights for the project to anyone, but that would make all of your service desk issue available to the entire internet.

You could add all your customers as jira-users and grant them browse rights on the project (that would ofcourse require you to get extra licenses for you customers).



Hi Peter, Many thanks for your response, and sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, both are out of the question for me:) but I do wonder how a client can collaborate with a request at their end?
