we are using Jira Service Desk (Atlassian Cloud) with an Internal Service Desk project. To create issues we use the type Service Request. Now we want to group some issues with an Epic.
After creating the epic issue we linked the service request issue by using the field "epic link".
Now I expect to have a list of the related issues in the epic issue detail page like in this test issue from our development system. But in the production environment (Atlassian Cloud) it's not available. In the service request issue I can click on the epic link and switch to the epic issue.
Any ideas to solve this?
