I am configuring the notification of incidents created and I want to set the number of incidents (issue id) within the content of the message but I cannot do it, what am I doing wrong? Thank you
The issue id is already included, as a link to the request in the portal. So I think you might mean something other than the issue id when you say "number of". Could you explain what I am missing?
