I want to force end user to receive the notification from JIRA. Seems that end user will not receive the email after they clicked "Don't notify me" button via customer portal and no any email notification will send to end user.
Is there has any way to hide "Don't notify me" / "Get notification" for forcing end user to receive the system notification from JIRA once the case received any update?
