Is there any way that service desk customer can view all the requests raised in portal

Hello,

As of now in service desk, each customer can only see the requests raised by him.

But is there any way that each customer can view all the requests present in the  portal. He is our requirement.

  1. while raising a new request , we would like the the customer to take a look at the existing requests.if already present, he can refer to it.

  2. We would also like to show the customer his request's relative priority in the list of requests., so that he will have good picture of what no. his request is present.

i have already started working on modifying the some of the soy templates present in the plugin.

it would be great help if any one does such customization in the past.

Hello Gangadhar,

 

I found this feature request to allow customers to view requests created by other customers belonging to the same organization using the Customer Portal. Please feel free to vote for it and add yourself as watcher to see its progress.
